We are so excited to be one of the first to say Happy Recruitment and War Eagle! We are Reagan Morgan and Amelia Briceno, and we have the joy of serving as the Vice President of Membership and Recruitment Director for Kappa Alpha Theta this year. We are beyond excited that you have chosen to go through recruitment, and we want you to know how excited we are to welcome you, to not only Theta but to Auburn’s amazing panhellenic community!
This is one of the most welcoming communities you can call home, and it is our deepest hope and prayer that you find that same sense of home.
While this process may feel daunting we encourage you to pour into this journey. We both came into this process unsure what to expect but we were provided with more than we could ever imagine. Our biggest piece of advice is to approach this new season with bold faith and courage.
We found somewhere that we were able to reach our fullest potential and be pushed by women who have our best interests at heart. After speaking with the women in Theta, we both felt a sense of peace and belonging. A belonging that can only be felt in a room full of love, laughter, and genuine sisterhood. We knew this was where we were meant to be.
When we were in your shoes we prayed for a place to call home and to find lifelong friendships. Theta has provided this and so much more. We have been given an additional family, one that encourages and shaped us as leaders and individuals. It is a place where we are supported without question.
We hope that throughout recruitment, you not only feel the same warmth from Theta, but from every chapter room you walk into. College is such a special time in your life, full of change, growth, and new experiences. This journey you are embarking on is one we would do time and time again because the end result is worth more than you know.
We are praying for you as you begin this exciting journey, and we hope you find the chapter that feels like home, just like we did!

From the New Member Team,
War Eagle and welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta! Our names are Lillian and Caydance, and we are honored and excited to serve as the New Member Director and Assistant for Theta this year! As the new member team, our job is to help transition new members into our chapter, the Auburn Panhellenic community, and college life. We know that this time can be overwhelming and intimidating, but we are here to guide you through some of the most fun and exciting times of your life! We are so expectant for what is to come, and are so looking forward to Bid Day to finally meet you!!
As you enter recruitment, we pray this time is filled with anticipation, excitement, and growth. Theta truly has been both of our biggest blessings in college! It has given both of us the most loving, supportive, genuine, and encouraging friends that are better than we could have ever asked for. It has led us to become better women, students, leaders, and friends. It has provided us a home away from home, an ability to go out of our comfort zone, a chance to grow in ways we never could have, and the encouragement we need to reach our full potential at Auburn. We are so excited to be by your side through it all- from bid day, to the nerves of your first swap, to the fun of your first gameday, to the stressful first exam week in college, to the first thought of missing home, and to all that's in between, we are here to offer a helping hand and friend through it all. Recruitment is such a special time. I pray that you find a place where you feel heard, seen, known, and loved. Seek out girls who will laugh with you, cry with you, and push you to become the best version of yourself.
The Auburn Panhellenic community is filled with so much joy and love that you are bound to find a home in one of the wonderful eighteen chapters of Auburn. We have the utmost faith that if you do call Kappa Alpha Theta home, you will meet some of the sweetest, intentional, and uplifting girls while making some of the best memories of your college career. We feel so lucky to have found that in Theta, and hope each of you finds that too.
